How are Casana scarves made?

We take pride in our product. We use only the highest quality cashmere that is hand-collected from the Himalayan mountain goat. Our workers employ a thousand-year-old, traditional technique to spin the fine hairs into an exquisite fiber and dye it in a variety of colors. To learn more, please visit Our Cashmere page.

How do I take care of my Casana?

Casana cashmere is luxurious and exquisite, demanding extra care. Because of its lightweight and silky-soft texture, we strongly recommend professional dry-cleaning.

What if my Casana is defective when I receive it?

We check our product and packaging very carefully before shipping, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you find any defect, please call us at 1-518-325-6105 and we will be happy to assist you with a prompt exchange.


How do I qualify for free shipping?

At Casana, we ship free of charge on all of our orders to 48 states. There is a surcharge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.

How soon will I receive my order?

Processing takes 1 day. We ship all domestic orders via Fedex ground, which takes 5-7 days for delivery. Expect to receive your order within 7 business days.

Can you ship to my PO Box?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO boxes.

I want to share Casana scarf in another country. Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer gift-wrap?

We consider all Casana purchases gifts, whether to another or ourselves. Each of our products come hand-wrapped in fine tissue and beautifully packaged in a custom gift box.

I am sending a Casana scarf as a gift to someone special. Can you include a gift card in the package?

Yes! We love sending our luxurious cashmere to the special people in your life. We would be honored to include a message on your behalf.

We offer web gift cards that can be redeemed online.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Orders are subject to credit verification and acceptance before shipping.


I just placed an order and have changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

We process orders as they are received. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. For cancellations that occur after the product is shipped, please see the question below.

I received my product, but it didn’t work out. Can I return it?

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Unused items in their original packaging (gift box with wrapping tissues and shipping box), may be returned up to 14 days for credit or exchange only, minus any shipping fees. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip. Please call customer service at 1-518-325-6105, between 10:00am – 5:00pm EST, Monday – Friday. Casana is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, so we strongly encourage all returns to be insured for the full value.
